Tips for Developing a Sense of BCR Forex Trading Operations

First, pay attention to the exercise of actual combat, just like fighting a war cannot be just talk on paper, trading must be proved and exercised through practice. No matter how much you learn, no matter how good it is, it is like a coach guiding you in place on the shore, and no matter how comprehensive your theoretical knowledge is, you will eventually have to jump into the water and swim a few laps to gain substantial gains. If you don't go into the water, you will never. There is no doubt about this. Therefore, even if it is a simulated trade, we have to practice often, verify the knowledge we have learned one by one, slowly explore the methods that suit you, and gradually cultivate your own operating feeling in BCR!Forex PlatformThe process of practice can help beginners build confidence faster.

Second, maintain a strong energy. A person who wants to achieve success must have the energy to achieve success and maintain a mental state of being able to do everything at any time. Of course, this may be idealistic. People will have emotions and mood swings. I don't mean to turn you into a robot, which is neither possible nor necessary. After all, the main body of the market is people, which is a human-centered game, and it is always people who make decisions in the end. What I want to express is: develop good living habits and try to keep yourself in a healthy mental state; never operate when you find yourself in a bad mood or spirit! In addition, the meaning of energy also includes our drive to integrate knowledge, money and courage. We need this kind of energy to manage these three well in order to profit. Energy is very important, without energy, nothing can be done.

Third, adhere to their own operating ideas. There are some people in the market who look at the fluctuations of the market without serious thinking or their own opinions. When they see what others do, they follow. Often he buys and I buy, and he sells and I sell. Or rely too much on those so-called professional analysis and comments, and others follow suit, completely losing their own judgment. Of course we can learn from what others use, but we have to rely on ourselves to distinguish what works and what doesn't. In the end, you must have your own operating ideas in order to hope to see the back of success.

Fourth, pay attention to the grasp of the time structure. In several trading platforms that are more popular now, there are different time structures for the immediate response to market trends. Different time structures, including the K-line combination, pattern, technical indicators, etc. formed in the structure, are affected by different factors and parameters used. There are different time lengths and different priorities. For example, the same head and shoulders pattern appears in the weekly chart and the daily chart, and the understanding from the time perspective and importance is completely different. It is very important to pay attention to the grasp of the time structure. You can't find a good price in the weekly chart to build a position like some friends, but you are positioned squaring in the 10-minute chart or even the 5-minute chart. It was originally a price for the medium and long term, but left the market too early; find a price in the 1-hour chart or the 2-hour chart to enter the market, but continue to hold positions according to the trend of the weekly chart. It is definitely wrong to treat the short term as the long term and the long term as the short term. Even the most basic principles are reversed.

Fifth, considering the trend and time, looking for a good entry point, what kind of price should we look for to enter the market? The so-called entry point is like this, everyone remember six words: advance can be attacked, retreat can be defended! That is to say, when I go to attack, my family will not leave an empty city, but also have a place to stay, leaving a way out for myself. In history, as brave as Han Xin, he fought with his back against the water and did not leave himself any way out. This kind of arrogance that allows only success but not failure is indeed touching, but it is not rational, especially in this unpredictable market where accidents may happen at any time. However, what kind of point can be called "advance can be attacked, retreat can be defended"? Specifically, this kind of point should belong to the important position of the boundary point, turning point, etc. For example, if I go long in a certain position, if the trend really rises, I have room for further bullish or up the ante; once the trend is opposite downward and the stop is broken, I have backhand short support from K-line combination, morphology and technical indicators, etc., so as not to be unable to judge the current direction after the stop is broken.

The above analysis may place too much emphasis on the flexibility of the point, while ignoring the consideration of the relatively high or low position of the point; but in fact, in actual operation, we must face an objective fact: we often cannot determine what is high and what is low; in the face of strong fluctuations, the so-called high and low positions in the early stage are often vulnerable. Thinking too much may lock your thinking, so it is better to let go! We only need to remember that the consideration of a good entry point is like the choice of the base area during a war. You have to have both offense and defense. It is not just a random price that you place an order immediately when you are happy. As a result, it is useless to regret it at that time, and the market will still go!

Sixth, risk control, risk must be controlled, but risk is not simply how many stops to set. Some people have also asked how many stops it is reasonable to set. In fact, stop loss is not a question of how many points to set; for example, if someone is bullish on the euro in the middle line and buys the euro in March this year according to the weekly chart, then it makes no sense to set the stop loss to 400 or 600 points. So, the control of risk is not the size of the stop loss, but whether it is properly controlled and reasonable. Why did you and I make the same order to be bullish on the euro. I set a 30-point stop loss and it didn't hit me, but you set a 50-point stop loss and it was triggered instead? The key is that you did not judge the strength range of the market. You buy in the upper stage of the market, and I enter the market in the middle and lower stages. You say, is my safety factor greater than yours? Here's another point: stop loss is not about how much, that is, this risk is not divided into size, what is it? There are points where we control it reasonably or not.

I believe that most investors have experienced such confusion: they often learn this theory today and listen to those experiences tomorrow; but these so-called theories and experiences are not unified or even contradictory; either they sound quite reasonable, but the actual operation is full of loopholes. This is because everyone's personality is different, and the operation mentality is different; and different personalities and mentalities determine that some things are suitable for some people but not for others. Therefore, for these theories and experiences, remember to absorb the parts that suit you, and don't be greedy for too much without digesting them. Instead, bother yourself!

Eighth, cultivate the operating mentality, it is not our fault that we make all kinds of mistakes. Technical analysis, wherever you go, you talk about these KDJs, MACDs, etc.; and the same technical indicators, why do some people use them with ease, while others are in a hurry. This is partly due to investors' failure to use indicators, but a larger part of the reason depends on the operator's operating mentality. There is no superb technology in this market. Trend lines, moving averages, percentage pullbacks, Gann theory, and the golden section are these things. They are very simple and don't have to think too complicated. It's just that we haven't developed a strong operating mentality to cooperate with them. It was as if you knew the Dragon Subduing Eighteen Palms technique, but did not possess profound internal strength. Naturally, the power could not be exerted. Not to mention Dragon Subduing, it was a question of whether you could fight a snake!
