How to Choose Trading Instruments in Foreign Exchange Trading

The currency varieties traded in the foreign exchange market can be divided into two types: straight and cross. The so-called straight refers to the internationalforeign exchange marketThe US dollar is directly exchanged with other currencies. Such as the euro against the US dollar (EUR/USD), the British pound against the US dollar (GBP/USD), the US dollar against the Japanese yen (USD/JPY), etc. The cross is the relative exchange rate of two currencies other than the US dollar in the foreign exchange market. Such as the euro against the British pound (EUR/GBP), the Australian dollar against the Japanese yen (AUD/CAD) and so on.

In foreign exchange trading, investors generally prefer to trade in European currencies such as the euro, the pound, and the yen in Asian currencies, etc. They believe that these currencies are relatively simple to operate, and with more effort, there are more opportunities for profit than other currencies.

In the case of the yen, some relevant information about the yen in the market is easier to obtain than trading, and because of the frequent intervention of the Japanese government in the yen, the value of yen operation is small, but there are also disadvantages, that is, stop loss is not easy to set.

Therefore, for currencies traded in the market, there are regular trends to follow, and there are some special ones. But in foreign exchange trading, we will choose currencies with more regular trends, less intervention, and more references, and the error rate will be smaller.
