What is the best match for foreign exchange indicators?

    KDJ + DMI indicator combination

The KDJ indicator is designed to pursue the safety of short-term operation, and its characteristics are reflected in the speed. In the indicator system, it is one of the most sensitive indicators. Skilled and flexible use of it can capture relatively small market trends, which is a great magic weapon for short-term operation.

DMI indicators can accurately tell us the trend of future market changes, so as to provide investors with the right time to buy and sell and grasp the trend of market changes. Therefore, the combination of these two indicators can reduce investment risk, improve operational safety, and find the best trading point.

Second, DMI + MA + VOL indicator combination

Moving averages are widely used in the foreign exchange market. They can send out long and short signals in a timely and clear manner. If used in combination with DMI and VOL indicators, unexpected results can be achieved.

In terms of operation method, when DMI and MA issue a long signal, they obtain the cooperation of volume amplification, indicating that the market has sufficient energy to attack and strong explosive power; if when DMI and MA issue a long signal, the volume does not see effective amplification, the upside is weak or there is a suspicion of false bulls. On the contrary, even if the volume is amplified, if DMI or MA do not have the characteristics of buying, they cannot easily intervene.

Therefore, only when DMI, MA, and VOL are mutually verified and unified can they be used as the basis for decision-making, which is the essence of Dow's theory. According to the operation characteristics of the foreign exchange market for many years, this group of signals focuses on the following collocation methods.

III. MACD + MA + VOL indicator combination

According to my years of follow-up observation and real operation, this set of indicators has a high application effect. If you can use its matching method skillfully and flexibly, you will definitely become a winner in the foreign exchange market. The application method is: when the MACD, MA, and VOL indicator signals are mutually verified and unified, it is a reliable buying and selling decision. On the contrary, it should be used with caution.

IV. KDJ + RSI + MACD indicator combination

The actual effect of this set of indicators is very obvious. The operation method is: make full use of the sensitivity of the KDJ indicator to capture as many profitable investment signals as possible in the market. When the investment signal is captured, there is no need to intervene prematurely, and then the RSI indicator will check it again. If the test results are consistent, it indicates that the investment signal is valid. So, why should it be combined with the MACD indicator? The purpose is to further seek the support of the mid-line indicators, so as to avoid the false signals of short-term indicators and add an extra insurance when intervening. If a stock in a certain period of time, the above three indicators send a buy signal at the same time, it can intervene boldly when the exchange rate is retraced. The short-term success rate is extremely high, the probability of getting stuck is extremely low (almost zero, unless you intervene at a relatively high point), and the profit is only how much.

Therefore, if you are a novice in foreign exchange, it is recommended to go to the regular one first.Forex Platform(Such as TRA, FXCM) Apply for a demo account to simulate the operation comparison first, and then make a real offer. Only in this way can you have a better mentality and ability to better learn to use the k-line of various indicators
