Simple Principles of Foreign Exchange Trading

There are many rules of foreign exchange trading, and even many old foreign exchange traders have their own trading systems. However, in my experience, simplicity is the last word, and a simple approach can last a long time.

Forex trading in the actual trading there are many methods can be used, there are many reasons to follow. I believe that many foreign exchange traders have mastered a lot of techniques, but, for myself, I believe that simple is the last word.

Concise and to the point.foreign exchange marketThere is never a shortage of opportunities. The key is that we are ready to choose which currency pair to enter the market at that time. For me, there is only one criterion for choosing: understanding.

As long as a foreign exchange trader sees it, understands it, and sees it clearly, he can boldly participate and place an order. On the other hand, if he doesn't see the current market conditions clearly and doesn't understand, he needs to wait and see. For example, during the consolidation period, no one knows the market trend after the end. Then, please wait until the direction is clear before starting to place an order. For example, in the formation stage of the top or bottom, before there is no top or the bottom is really formed, we can only define that the best choice is to enter the market after the top or bottom pattern appears. The so-called top and bottom fishing is actually the act of imagining the market trend by relying on one's own intuition.

Simplicity is a simplification based on a clear understanding of the laws of the foreign exchange market, returning to the basics, rather than random trading without knowing anything. There are many methods of foreign exchange trading, but in my personal experience, it is different to be proficient in everything before entering the foreign exchange market. Any foreign exchange theory has its own unique features, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Few can be applied to all foreign exchange market conditions at the same time. Therefore, the key to foreign exchange trading lies in whether traders can choose the right foreign exchange trading ideas and trading methods in the right market conditions.

To put it bluntly, what is useful to you, easy to use, and effective, even if there are only a few very few tools, is enough for a foreign exchange trader. Take technical indicators as an example, it is not necessary to master all of them, but the few you like to use and be able to master a few. A good foreign exchange trader must be very clear about the strengths and weaknesses of the indicators he uses. In this way, in the actual real foreign exchange trading, it can be handy.

Simplicity also means that sometimes you have to learn to control your emotions and thoughts. Humans are emotional animals, and there are too many mood swings in human nature. And these emotional instability often become a stumbling block in foreign exchange trading. Greed can lead a foreign exchange trader to chase up and sell down, ignore capital management risk control, and overtrade; fear can lead to premature positioning squaring favorable positions and blind stop losses. Therefore, be emotionally simple, trust your trading system, find signals, and naturally make corresponding actions; when you are in an unfavorable position, you should decisively stop losses.

Simplicity is the last word. It is true and easy to use, and it is also the most conducive to your operation in foreign exchange trading. Remember these principles. Although you cannot guarantee profits, you can at least ensure that you will not lose too much.
