Favorable Trading Opportunities Increase Your Odds - On "The Possibility of Playing Forex Trading"

Trading is inclusive of all playing possibilities.

The important lesson in your trading career is that you can't win every trade. But by trading opportunities, you can increase your odds.

But it requires patience. If you want to make money in the market, you must learn these things.

By understanding the market, key chart levels, stop loss positions, and mastering your trading methods, you can increase your chances of trading success by trading those opportunities that are in your favor.

Develop a "feel" about the chart/

You must first develop your understanding of the diagram to develop a unique sense of uniqueness. Once you do, you need to persevere until it no longer serves you.

By observing the market's daily behavior, you will begin to get a sense of what it is doing and, more importantly, what it is likely to do next.

This is why you need to develop your knowledge of charts, because every chart trend is unique.

You need to establish a relationship with the chart and form a close relationship to achieve this by tracking the market, and on a daily basis.

It's not just about trends. If you observe the daytime price action every day after the close, you will be better able to read the charts.

Your goal is to develop a deeper emotional connection with the chart, and then your biases will surface, allowing you to determine whether you should be looking to buy or sell.

Once you identify your biases, you can find the other side of the market by persevering until it changes significantly, making it possible to change trading.

If the market continues to die, such as the EUR/USD chart below, then you can continue to short, which is a very favorable opportunity for you.

You have an advantage, and that advantage is that the market will go down. You will get stronger in the downtrend, and you will get weaker in the uptrend.

    Seek opportunities at key levels.

Finding the most advantageous position in a trade also requires an understanding of key chart levels.

When the market approaches this key position, it offers us a very good entry opportunity and a very good risk-reward potential.

As shown in the chart below, the recent key level of USD/JPY was 105.50. This is the main level for the overall upward trend of the market.

You have identified a key level that everyone will want to sell when prices come down, but this is your ideal buying opportunity.

People are in a large horizontal environment, and long-term motivation is on the rise.

This means that by buying at or near that level, you are entering the market at your opponent's worst position, and you are taking a risk.

At such a critical level, the risk-reward ratio is very favorable because you are playing with the odds.

If the price rebounds from this level, then you have significant upside, i.e. a relatively small risk of return.

A broader stop loss may provide more opportunities.

A bit broader than a normal stop loss might help you get out of trouble.

Many traders set stops that are too small, mainly because of greed, because they want a larger volume. But stops are often the opposite of what traders want, so they stop.

But in reality, a bit broader than a normal stop loss can help you extend your trading time and capitalize on your strengths.

For most traders, trading with a stop loss of 20 to 50 pips is like playing blackjack at a casino, with a lot or no less moving around 100 pips per day, so a stop loss of less than 50 pips is a bad idea.

Know your "tricks" and trust them.

The meaning of this title is that you have mastered your trading strategy and you will no longer second-guess it.

My trading strategy is based on price action, so when I see price action signals appearing in the market, I trust it and I trust my gut feeling.

This is another way to play in the market.

By understanding the trading advantages, and only when there is trading in the market, it is beneficial to trade.

Although price action analysis is a way of trading, it is one thing to be a price action trader, but it is another to actually trade like a price action trader.
