Foreign Exchange Real Offer Analysis: Definition and Profit Possibility

Many investors have heard of or participated in foreign exchange real trading. Usually, what we call foreign exchange speculation mostly refers to external foreign exchange, not real trading. So, what exactly is foreign exchange real trading? Can you make a profit through it? We will explain this next.

    Foreign exchange real offer analysis

Real foreign exchange trading mainly refers to the foreign exchange trading business provided by domestic banks. Since this kind of business usually does not involve leverage, it is called real trading. If investors want to try real foreign exchange trading, they can directly consult the local bank to handle the relevant business.

The profitability of real foreign exchange

Generally speaking, the risk of speculating on real foreign exchange is lower than that of external foreign exchange, but the corresponding potential income space is also smaller. This is mainly due to the following reasons:

    1. Real foreign exchange transactions do not use leverage, which means that the transaction size is strictly limited to the principal. If you want to conduct large-scale transactions, you need to invest a large amount of money. The leverage mechanism is generally used in external foreign exchange, which can significantly enlarge or reduce the transaction size.

    2. The price fluctuations of real foreign exchange are based on the foreign exchange prices issued by domestic banks, and their fluctuations are usually much smaller than the exchange rate fluctuations in the international external market.

    3. Foreign exchange real trading is subject to relatively many restrictions, such as short trading hours and possible minimum holding time requirements, which are uncommon constraints in external trading.
