Forex Short-term Indicators Practical Tips IEXS Forex Trading Guide

Short-term trading is more suitable in consolidating the market. Investors can choose to sell at the upper edge of the price fluctuation range and buy at the lower edge of the range. When the market is extremely rising or falling, you should avoid counter-trend operations, because technical indicators may become dull at this time, and prices change rapidly. It is recommended to follow the trend for short-term one-way trading to effectively control risks.

When conducting short-term operations, be sure to choose foreign exchange varieties with active trading volume, especially those with significantly enlarged trading volume in the bottom area. At IEXSForex PlatformWhen conducting transactions, the same principle applies.

Graphical analysis. In short-term trading, in addition to paying attention to the volume, it is also necessary to pay close attention to the changes in price patterns. The following patterns are worth paying attention to: W bottom, head and shoulders bottom, arc bottom, finishing platform, ascending channel, etc. When the W bottom, head and shoulders bottom, and arc bottom form break through the neckline position in volume, it is usually a good time to buy. There are two key points to pay attention to: first, it must be accompanied by volume amplification to be an effective breakthrough. Quantitative breakthroughs are mostly false breakthroughs, and prices tend to quickly return to the vicinity of the starting point; second, breakthroughs at lower prices have higher credibility. High volume breakthroughs may be a "long trap" created by the main force of the market, attracting followers to achieve the purpose of shipment.

Application of technical indicators.foreign exchange marketThere are many kinds of technical indicators in China, with more than thousands of kinds, each with different application scenarios. Investors do not need to master all of them, but only need to use several of them proficiently. Commonly used technical indicators include KDJ, RSI, etc. Generally speaking, when the K value crosses the D value twice at a low level (about 20%), it is a good buy signal; when the K value crosses the D value twice at a high level (above 80%), it forms a dead fork, which is a good sell signal. When the RSI indicator is in the range of 0 to 20, it indicates that the foreign exchange is in an oversold state and can be considered for opening a position; when it is in the range of 80 to 100, it is in an overbought state and can be considered for position squaring. In IEXS foreign exchange analysis, these indicators are widely used.

Moving average system. Short-term operations usually refer to the five-day, ten-day, and twenty-day moving averages. When the five-day moving average crosses the ten-day and twenty-day moving averages, and the ten-day moving average crosses the twenty-day moving average, a golden fork is formed, which is a buying opportunity; conversely, a dead fork is formed, which is a selling opportunity. The simultaneous upward arrangement of the three moving averages is called a long arrangement, which shows that the currency trend is strong. When the price shrinks back to the five-day, ten-day, or twenty-day moving average, it is a buying opportunity (it should be noted that it must be withdrawn for the shrinkage). Which moving average is selected as a reference depends on the trend of the currency itself and the overall market situation; the simultaneous downward arrangement of the three moving averages is called a short arrangement, indicating that the trend is weak IEXS short-term foreign exchange trading, the moving average system is an important reference tool.
