Analysis of Application Skills of Combination of Three and Multiple K-wires in Practical Combat

In actual combat, we not only need to look at one or two K-lines, but also at the combination of three or more K-lines. The strength of the opposing forces between the buyer and the seller during the decisive battle can be clearly understood, and the victory and defeat of the two sides can be seen at a glance. According to my personal experience in actual combat, I have divided the combination of three K-lines into six modes, which can be summarized as: "Three, Chuan, Bu, 1, Small, V" for easy memory.

The "three" word form is three consecutive yang and three consecutive yin, that is, the traditional red and black three soldiers, which generally indicates that the original trend continues. But in actual combat, specific analysis should also be made: if it is at the low point of the band cycle and the middle of the trend, it means that the stock price will accelerate; if it is at the high point of the band cycle and the upper track of the trend or the head of the morphology, it means that the long power has been fully vented, and the market outlook will fall back; if it is at the high point of the band cycle and the middle of the trend, it means that the stock price will accelerate the decline; if it is at the bottom of the band cycle and the lower track of the trend or the bottom of the morphology, it means that the short power has been fully vented, and the market outlook will rebound. What needs to be noted here is the standard ideal state of the three soldiers, which is that one entity is longer than the other, and the red upper and black lower shadows are shorter than the other. If the entity is gradually shortened and the shadow is gradually lengthened, it indicates that the resistance is gradually increasing and hidden troubles. If the volume does not cooperate, then it should be highly vigilant. From the three soldiers, we can also deduce four soldiers and five soldiers, etc., the meaning is the same.

The shape of the word "Chuan" is a short K-line in the middle, which is completely covered by two K-lines in the opposite direction, namely "two yang and one yin" and "two yin and one yang", which are often said in the tradition. However, pay attention to the difference from the "small" type introduced later. If the middle yin line is replaced by a doji or 2-3 interphase small yang and small yang lines, we have deduced a combination of four or five K-lines. The short-term trend of the market outlook is the same as that of the third (final) medium and large entity. The essence of the "Chuan" type is a variant of the "three" type.

The word "Bu" pattern is a combination of a large solid yin and yang K-line, and the next 2-3 small K-line entities in the opposite direction, that is, the traditional three methods of rising and falling, but it should be noted that the subsequent three consecutive yin or yang cannot exceed the "center value" of the first K-line entity, and sometimes there is a gradual progression of direction translation or even the same trend as the first one. The short-term trend of the "Bu" font is the same as the direction of the first large solid K-line. However, please note the difference with the "1" font below.

The shape of the "1" character is a large yin and yang K-line, which is covered by more than three or five yin and yang K-lines. The difference with the "Bu" font is that the subsequent K-line exceeds the "center value". In actual combat, sometimes the subsequent K-line slightly hits a new high or a new low, but the amplitude is very small, which does not constitute an obvious "breakthrough". We also classify them as "1" shapes. The "1" font is actually the result of a temporary balance between the short-term power of the long and short sides. It is characterized by a gradual narrowing of the amplitude and a shrinking of the transaction area. The trend of its temporary balance indicates that it is facing a change.

The shape of the "small" character is that the K-line entity in the middle is obviously longer than the combination of the two K-line entities covering the left and right in the opposite direction. The "small" font can also be divided into "two yang clips and one yin" and "two yin clips and one yang", but it should be noted that it is different from the "two yang clips and one yang" and "two yin clips and one yang" commonly referred to as the "Sichuan" font. Whether the "small" font appears in an uptrend or a downtrend, it is a signal of a short-term trend reversal.

The word "V" and the inverted "V" type, that is, the combination of the traditional "morning star" and "evening star", are essentially variants of the "Chuan" type, representing a short-term trend that has been reversed, and have the same meaning as the "Chuan" type. Of course, in actual combat, we can deduce the combination of multiple roots, that is, a group of K-lines, that is, the "U" type and the inverted "U" type that form the top and bottom of the arc. It must be made clear that only the appearance of a larger solid K-line can be said to be a turning trend.

In short, the "three", "Chuan" and "Bu" fonts are a combination of trend continuation type, the "1" fonts are a combination of short-term trend balance type, and the "small" and "V" fonts are a combination of trend reversal type. We deduce the change analysis of multiple K-lines through the combination of three K-lines. The setting of these combinations must be carefully observed in actual combat in order to truly grasp the essence of yin and yang K. If it is a K-line combination of a period, then it is the morphological analysis of the K-line. The author will then explain the formation, characteristics and applications of various K-line shapes one by one.
