Investing in profit: The key strategy for mastering a good trading mindset
Mindset control plays an important role in the trading process, and a good mindset can ensure the smooth development of trading technology, thus helping investors achieve the ultimate successyingshiGoals. So, how can we have a healthy trading mindset? We believe we can start from the following two aspects:
First, establish a long-term and stable profit model. Sun Tzu's art of war says: "The winning soldier wins first and then seeks war, and the losing soldier fights first and then seeks victory." It means that the real winner often has already established the victory before the start of the war. Where is the victory? The victory lies in the full preparation of every detail. After the confrontation with the opponent, the victory is in your hands, and you only need to wait for the fruit of victory; while the loser starts the war rashly, and it is unknown whether he can win. Therefore, trading should also be prepared and confident, and do not regard trading as gambling. When you have a set of "first win and then fight" profitable trading strategy, your mentality will naturally tend to be peaceful. Of course, the winning trade strategy mentioned here is like a ball game. We don't need to win every ball, we just need to win the whole game.
Second, deeply understand the dialectical relationship between risk and return. From a macro perspective, people may face various risks at any time in life, such as natural and man-made disasters, birth, old age, illness and death. In terms of trading, the risks we face are just the funds in the account. If everyone can trade with funds they can afford to lose, why worry about losing money? Taking risks is in exchange for profits, and losses are reasonable; profits are exchanged for risks, and profits are natural. Let go of winning, face losses calmly, and appreciate the profound philosophy of giving up and gaining, gaining and losing. Maybe you can face every profit-10 trade with a calm and relaxed attitude.
